ESSENTIAL DUTIES (describe responsibilities and tasks)

- Assist department head to manage, monitor and control SE&SI/AE&AI teams in accordance with the strategy and general policy of the Dachser Group;

- Assist department head to recruit, motivate and train the NKG seafreight & airfreight department staffs and maintain a high quality in service;

- Ensure on-time shipment & communication and make sure no delay or accident;

- Forecast carrier and secure space & equipment;

- Monitor documentation quality, including file closing, billing instruction, extra charges and billing revise validation;

- Help team member solve problem and shoot trouble;

- Ensure proper file filing and clean & safe work space;

- Manage agent/vendor and control cost;

- Well organize and manage team, including motivation, team building, modeling the way, training & coaching, performance record/appraisal, proper allocation of workload, etc;

- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the management of the company or other sources;

- Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness.

JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS (describe technical requirements, education, experience, languages and PC skills)
职 位 要 求 ( 描 述 对 技 术 、 教 育 背 景 、 相 关 经 验 、 语 言 和 计 算 机 等 要 求 )
- College Degree or above, good in oral and written English

- Above 3 years' working experience in freight forwarding industry, work experience in International freight forwarder is preferred.

Familiar with EURO and TP trade operation. Both Seafreight & Airfreight, import & export knowledge required.

- Good interpersonal and communication skill with overseas

- Controlling the whole team and backup for the team, good initiative and highly motivated

- Nanjing Hukou is preferred
