职位描述：
Job Responsibility:

1. New supplier audit based on project needs
2. Supplier training and development according to TRW GSQM
3. Supplier APQP process management for Suzhou and Europe projects, including design review, PCM/ SLP development, PPAP approval, run at rate, LRA etc.
4. Provide technical support to supplier for launch or production quality issue.
5. Launch concerns and cost recovery management
6. Initiate and monitor supplier systemic improvement process (SII, Top focus)
7. Support TRW global PCB SDE team activities

Qualification Required:

1. College above degree in science and technology
2. 5 years working experience
3. min 2 years supplier quality management experience working in automotive industry, and widely involve in quality-related activities such as APQP, 8D’s, Fast response, Control Plan and PFMEA reviews
4. Min 3 years technical experience in PCB/ PCBA manufacturer, able to support supplier for identified root cause, provide process improvement ideas from technical point of view.
5. Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
6. Strong capability in thinking and problem solving
7. Six sigma Green belt and Red X is preferred
