Position
Project Manager – Manufacturing Center.
制造企业项目经理
Key Accountabilities 主要职责
Responsible for the planning and setting up of a multi-business manufacturing center in Ningbo:
1. Formulate overall site requirements with inputs from each Business Unit including those with future investments;
2. Assess potential sites and make recommendations;
3. Set up new facilities including renovations and site permits;
4. Coordinate relocations of China-based plants;
5. Assist with the set-up of new BU investments into the site.
主要职责
负责在宁波规划并建立一个多元化的生产制造中心：
1． 根据各个分工厂（包括未来投资规划的）的实际情况制定整个新制造中心的规划要求；；
2． 对潜在可行的新工厂地址进行评估并提供建议；
3． 建立新工厂，包括基础设施和装修以及各种许可证的批准申请；
4． 整体协调国内各工厂的搬迁进度；
5． 协助新的分工厂投入的建设；

Qualifications & Requirements
1. Strong project management skills gained from working in a large Western manufacturing company;
2. Familiar with all aspects of facilities management including liaison with government agencies. Experience with Chemicals, Hazardous or Controlled substance permits is preferred;
3. Experience with manufacturing of high-tech components. Automotive or Medical device background is preferred;
4. Excellent communications with all internal and external stakeholders;
5. Fluency, both spoken and written, in English and Chinese is a must.
资质要求：
1． 具备较强的在大型欧美制造型企业工作的项目管理经验；
2． 熟悉工厂管理的各个方面，包括与政府部门的沟通。具备熟悉化工生产，危化品及可控物质许可知识的优先考虑；
3． 具备高科技产品生产工作经验。汽车配件或医疗用品工作背景的优先考虑；
4． 具有卓越的沟通才能；
5． 语言方面要求：英语和中文书写口语流利；

Other Information
- Bachelor degree in Engineering is required;
- Minimum 10 years related experience;
- Reports to FGC China Operations Director;
- Monthly salary of RMB20K to 30K depending on qualifications.

4． 根据资质的不同薪资范围在每月20K-30K，也可面谈；
