职位描述
Position: National Sales Manager/Director
Report to: GM - China
Location: Suzhou
Responsibilities:
Develop sales growth plans and coordinate channel strategies to grow business in the greater China region;
Organize visits to current and potential clients and recommend products and services that fits clients' needs;
Establish and maintain strategic business relationships with key accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships;
Provide ongoing support to assigned clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service
Manage key sales accounts within product range or assigned district;
Cultivate and maintain relationship with key or potential clients' decision-makers. Understand strategic business challenges and priorities, and coordinate with team members in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to the region's growth;
Work with team members to pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Must have 5-8 years sales background
Demonstrated and proven track record of growing business
Demonstrated ability to value sell premium PT products to large and medium sized businesses;
Previous experience of managing and leading a sales team
