Position: Sales Director

Report to: Global Sales & marketing Director

Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu province

Responsibilities:

Manages the sales and customer relationships in China.

Understands customer's strategic objectives and business plans. Creates and implements account strategies. Identifies products and solutions to meet customer needs. Understands customer's key business drives and needs - and uses this knowledge to create profitable business.

Business development.

Performs and manages day-to-day activities to meet sales targets in China.

Participates into strategic planning regarding the Chinese market; carries out variety of complex activities independently, according to a plan, analyses problems within broader area of responsibility. Ability for independent decision making within defined scope.

Accepts responsibility for, and demonstrates support for, delegated decisions. Suggests improvements and seeks opportunities for innovation.

Desired profile of the candidate

Education: University degree in Engineering with good understanding in both business and technical matters.

Language: Fluent English and Mandarin

Professional experience:

A minimum of 8 years relevant and successful sales & marketing experience.

Customer service orientation.

Sufficient technical understanding of the industry and/or key clients.

Good presentation skills.

Ability to create rapport with variety of people on the customer side-stretching from technical experts to top management.

Understanding of customer purchase behavior and drive
