Main job description:
1. Machine setup for new products with the responsible technician together (conformal coating, selective soldering);
2. Control of the machine parameters and necessary improvements

Key qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years work experience with SMT process;
2. SMT processes, hardware development, capability studies;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Good English communication skills;
