Responsibility:

1. Organize transports to customers according to customers specifications

2. Ensure a on time delivery

3. Communicate with customers, suppliers, other departments and forwarders for delivery or export/import activities

4. Coordinate with the customs effects

5. Besides executing daily / weekly planning, to promote better efficiency by supporting continuous improvement initiatives

6. Update the WMS and Forwarding system, track and trace the on-the-way orders

7. Other jobs assigned by direct superior


Requirement:

1. College degree or above with Ocean Freight , Transportation or Logistics background

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in Transportation function in a multi-national freight forwarding company in operation

3. Familiar with the trucking fee in Wuxi Market and has supplier resource for domestic inland trucking.

4. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

5. Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese

6. Good knowledge of cooperation and organizing skill, team work

7. Good PC skill
