职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责主持客服团队的日常管理工作(每日工作以及每周工作)
2、负责客服团队的培训与考核，掌控客户服务质量,培养后备人才的储备；
3、负责完善部门各项规章制度和系统，解决客服部门日常运营中遇到的相关问题；
4、负责客服人员的日常工作安排(如例会制度,排班制度,授权制度等)，合理安排人力与工 作时间等。
5、负责部门间的沟通协作事宜(销售部,教学部,市场部,人事行政部)
6、完成上级领导交代的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历，良好的英语口语基础；
2、 2年以上客户服务管理工作经验，精通客户服务体系的管理流程；
3、 高度的责任心和客户服务意识，亲和力强，有耐心；
4、 较强的组织、计划、控制、协调能力和人际交往能力、应变能力；
5、 良好的协调及沟通能力，较强的团队合作意识。
