岗位职责：
Job Description

1. 维护阿里巴巴平台，使用EDM邮件营销平台发送推广邮件。
2. 处理客人的询价，用英语跟客户进行邮件以及电话的沟通
3. 维护现有客户，开发新客户
4. 跟客人沟通订单细节问题、订单状态更新以及出货后的客人回馈
5. 完成公司分配的其他相关工作

1. Operate and maintain Alibaba, email marking with EDM.
2. Make offer per customer’s inquiry. Communicate with customer via telephone or email in English
3. Serve and assist our existing customers, import more new customers
4. Update customer order status, discuss order details and handle complaints from customer
5. Other work from company

任职要求
Qualification

1. 精通英语读写，大学英语四级及以上，熟练应用办公软件
2. 了解外贸流程，操作过阿里巴巴的更佳
3. 热爱外贸工作， 优秀的客户维护和沟通能力

1. Good knowledge of the English language in both spoken and written, CET 4 or above; Competent in working with all common office-programs
2. Knowing the procedure of export trading, experience of operating Alibaba will be preferred.
3. Love to work as a sales, excellent customer service oriented communication skills.
