1. Update company training information database, ensure data provided timely and exactly.
维护公司的人员培训信息数据库，保证各项数据及时准确。
2. According to TS16949 procedure, conduct company training plan and budget, constantly push company training management continuously improvement.
按照TS16949程序的要求，执行公司的培训计划和预算，不断推进公司培训管理工作的持续改进。
3. Fully support local and other Hella companies to deliver the assigned training topics and take the responsibilities to conduct test by using MACH 3 standard test paper
针对对其他海拉工厂提出的培训需求，按照中国区培训支持流程能够准时安排并能够按照MACH3的文件进行测评
4. Seek the resources for external and internal courses according to the requirement of company, dept. and employee
根据企业、部门与员工的需求，独立寻找外部公开课及内训课程资源。
5. Collect the info. Of external trainers and cultivate internal trainers
收集外部讲师信息，并协助培养公司的内部培训师。
6. Implement courses under limited guidance regarding to training plan, MACH3 and MAQS project according to HCCC policy.
在有限指导下根据计划，并按照中国区政策执行MACH3及MAQS体系实施培训。
7. Keep good communication with department training coordinator and internal trainer, push company training plan and internal training plan implement efficiently.
与培训协调员、内部培训师保持密切沟通，推动公司培训计划和各部门内部培训计划的有效执行，保证公司培训过程符合各类审核标准完成。
8. Implement Level 1&2 training evaluation under limited guidance
在有限指导下完成一级、二级培训评估。
9. Implement and track orientation training under limited guidance
在有限指导下组织，跟踪新员工入职培训系统。
10. Prepare info. For Talent system, Succession plan and IDP under guidance
在指导下为人才系统&继任计划&个人发展计划准备信息。

Job Requirement /任职要求

1. Bachelor degree and above 本科及以上学历

2. 5 years related experience 5年及以上相关工作经验

3. Multi-national companies background 外资企业工作背景

4. Automobile related industries experience preferred 汽配行业相关背景者优先

5. Fluent English both in oral and written English 英语流利（书写及口语）

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
