职位描述：
主要工作职责：
Main Responsibilities:
1. 定期审查计划团队的工作流程；
Review the work flow of the planning team regularly;
2. 检查与指导计划主管的工作，适时协调计划内部人员的工作安排；
Check and guide the work of the planning supervisor, adjust the internal work arrangement properly;
3. 完成供应链总监安排的各项工作任务；
Complete all tasks from the Supply Chain Director;
4. 进行存货管理与成本控制；
Inventory management and cost control;
5. 组织开展年度盘点计划；
Organize and carry out the annual inventory plan;
6. 促进计划部门与关联部门间的合作，进行妥当的横向沟通与协调；
To promote the cooperation between the planning department and the related departments, and make the appropriate communication and coordination;
7. 培训新进人员，建立高效的计划团队。
Train new staff and establish efficient planning team.


任职要求：
Job Requirements:
1. 本科及以上学历，工科类专业尤佳；
Bachelor degree and above, major in Engineering is preferred;
2. 八年以上制造型企业生产计划工作经验，三年以上管理经验，有机加工经验者尤佳；
At least eight years planning experience in manufacturing company, more than three years management experience, processing experience is preferred;
3. 熟悉生产系统及流程，了解质量管理体系；
Familiar with the production system and process, understand the quality management system;
4. 熟练使用SAP系统，英语听说读写流利；
Skilled using the SAP system, and be fluent in English both written and spoken;
5. 有很强的领导能力、判断与决策能力、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力。
