职位描述：
Overall responsible of setting up and continuously improve the company all related system management including
Quality Control & Assurance system, EHS, Risk management and so on, to make sure and manage all related systems
standardization and implementation.
Main responsibilities:
1. Kinds of management systems set up, continuously improve and maintenance in the company including: Quality Assurance system, Quality Control system, Environment, Health & safety system and so on.
2. Ensure all systems permits and certificates in place and keep updated in accordance with the requirements and standard of the authorities such as ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, ISO/TS16949 and so on.
3. Make sure all the company management system documents prepared and record in a good regularity.
4. Lead and coordinator with all departments & external audit team for the company internal and external audits projects.
5. Planning, designing, implementing and reporting for overall risk management process and projects for the organization to make sure the risk under control of lowest affecting the business.
6. Provide professional support, guidance on QA & QC, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security affairs and risk management to all functions to ensure regulatory and company standard compliance.
7. Provide all kind of necessary education and training related Systems management towards staffs.
8. Other tasks from the direct supervisor.

Requirements：
1. This position requires a bachelor degree or above.
2. Good command of both Chinese and English
3. At least 5 years related working experience.
4. Be familiar with ISO9000/ISO14000/OHSAS18000, ISO/TS16949.
5. Be familiar with the internal and external audit requirement and procedures.
6. Rich project management working experiences cross departments.
