职位描述：
JOB OBJECTIVES/岗位设立目的:

Ensure efficient and timely communication within the local project team and worldwide to meet customers start of production in the dedicated Marquardt production facilities
Oversee the industrialization of assembly lines, test stations and single parts (from concept design to mass production / SOP)

JOB SCOPE/岗位责任范围:

Ensure overall project targets (cost, time, quality)
Manage the professional planners/- experts within the industrial engineering department, also internationally

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责:

Define and maintain detailed project plans which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment etc.) to complete the project, based on project conditions
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
As the subproject leader of the industrialization team, delegate tasks to team members within the area of project work
Consult on technical proposals for assembly line designs within the aspect of manufacturability and total cost effectiveness based on customer requirements
Evaluate quotations concerning their technical concept and costs to make sure the equipment can be realized within the given project conditions
Clarify open points within the project team to ensure proper execution of assembly line building, tester and part manufacturing
Coordinate project team members and related participants (e.g. equipment manufacturer, purchasing, quality etc.) before, during and after production RUNs to guarantee the maturity of related documents, equipment, processes, etc.
Participate in regular project meetings, maintain reports and feedback regularly the status to the team members
Independently conduct project risk analysis and control project risks to avoid project failure or economic losses
Implementation and introduction of project management tools and innovation processes at Marquardt China and world wide
Cooperation with line managers during resource and portfolio planning
Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)/基本岗位任职条件:
(Minimum requirements on education, training, industry experience, skills/competencies, etc. to fulfill the position /列举岗位所需最低教育、培训、行业经验、技能、技巧等)
Full time bachelor of industrial engineering, business administration & engineering or equivalent
>3 years work experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the automotive sector
Familiar with automotive processes and production methods
Experienced in project management
Familiar with manufacturing processes and production methods (mechanical assembly, electronic assembly, injection molding, test concepts for complex electromechanical products)
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Resistant to stress and be able to make hard decisions under pressure
High intercultural competence
MS Office knowledge

Training of Lean production
