工作职责:
1.准备询价和报价，根据客人要求安排海运或者空运。
2.审核预报并及时通知客户，协助客户准备清关资料。
3.和清关公司保持密切联系并及时更新给客户，协助客户清关中碰到的问题。清关后安排送货。
4.开票给海外或者国内客户，并关账。
任职要求:
1.货代/物流相关专业毕业，愿意从事货代相关工作，有3-4年食品和服装进口经验。
2.良好的沟通技巧和客服服务意识。
3.工作努力认真，有激情，能在压力下工作且有良好的工作态度。
Position Responsibilities:
1. Make an enquiry and offer to client, arrange the air freight and sea freight according to client’s confirmation.
2. Checking the pre-alert and send to importer/consignee on time, support them prepare the clearance documents.
3. Keep in touch with broker and update cargo status to client on time, support client solve the problem if any while declaration. Arrange the delivery after CUSTOMS and CIQ release.
4. Preparing the DEBIT NOTE to related party (overseas and local client), close the file for accounting issue.
Requirements:
1. International freight forwarding / logistics management related majors, and willing to work in the freight forwarding / logistic line. Have 3-4 years import experiences for food and garments.
2. Have good communication skills and customer service awareness.
3. Possessing proper working attitude, earnest, preciseness, ambition and passion, able to work under pressure.
4. Good spoken and written English.
