Responsibility:


1.Lead a team around 10 persons in the warehouse, responsible for the day to day work within the team and ensure the timely and proactive communication with customer and other related parties.

2.Ensure daily service excellence as well as KPI and productivity target achievement

3.P & L responsibility and able to take corrective action for cost saving

4.Able to manage the data input quality in related systems in accordance with all status of goods.

5.Timely communicate and maintain good relationship with customers, shippers, suppliers, A/O freight department of Fiege Shenzhen.

6.Manage declaration agent performance, make sure agreed time line with customer can be achieved

7.Report adequately, regularly and proactively on performance and developments.

8.Other jobs assigned by superior


Requirement:



1.College degree or above, prefer with Logistics/Business administration

2.Minimum 2-3 year working experience in Logistics in a multi-national freight forwarding company in warehouse, prefer with bonded warehouse/fashion/retails industry logistics operation experience

3.Dynamic and energetic, anxious to learn new things

4.Sound knowledge of WMS Operation, AS400/Exceed preferred

5.Leadership experience

6.Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill

7.Able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both, English and Chinese

8.Good knowledge of cooperation and organizing skill, team work

9.Good PC skill
