职位描述：
？ To review new product (concept, structure model), and provide the analysis report to USA design team.
？ To review drawing package, ensure the tolerance requirements of assembly are Reasonable.
？ To support SC complete Tools and Parts quotation. (Plastics, Castings, Stampings, Rubbers…)
？ Evaluate Reasonability for the tool and part quotation of supplier, discuss the mold type, structure, cavity or price with supplier as needed.
？ To support SC evaluate supplier abilities of tool developing.
？ To support USA Design team to define the material, finished requirements as needed.
？ To review the Tool PO, ensure supplier’s design solution suit the PO requirements.
？ To review the supplier’s design solution, ensure it can achieve the part design requirements. If supplier suggest to change the part design, confirm their suggestion, and provide the suggestion and analysis report to USA Design Team.
？ Review and release supplier Tool design data (2D, 3D, DFMR, MFAR…).
？ To control the Tool process of Manufacturing, ensure it does not affect the Total Project schedule, update CPP to related members and departments.
？ Confirm supplier’s samples, if it cannot achieve FA Requirements, inform supplier provide the improve schedule, and report to related members and departments.
？ Confirm Supplier’s Reports (COC, ROHS, MSDS, Measured Reports…).
？ Confirm FAs, ensure it can achieve assembly and function requirements.
？ To support PE, PM to build the assembly Fixture, complete FA assembly, Pilot Run.
？ To support PE analyze the reason of assembly failure.
？ To support QA, PD, PE improve product assembly procedures, optimize the daily output.
？ Work with supplier to optimize their processes, ensure mass production quality.


Requirements:
？ College (associate) degree or above, Tool design and Manufacturing Major, or mechanical major related.
？ English should be good in written and oral communication skills.
？ Minimum of 3 years experiences in tool design, and (or) tool developing management (tool project). If you have experience on produce structure analysis would be priority (DFM, mold design analysis for each part, assembly analysis for whole case).
？ Minimum of 1 year experiences in tool project management would be priority.
？ Be familiar with tool structure and tool manufacture processing technology (Plastics, Castings, Stampings, Rubbers…).
？ Be familiar with process of tool project development, tool design and tool manufacturing.
？ Understand molding principle and related knowledge.
？ Understand mold steels and plastic material.
？ Be familiar with design software such as: SolidWorks, ProE, UG and Auto CAD.
？ Be familiar with common computer operation like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. 举报 分享
