Basic Purpose of the Position*

§ Control and monitor actual financials for Plant, CQAG based on Budget/Outlook and make variance analysis accordingly

§ Analyse actual financial figures versus budget, provide early input on relevant deviations, and trigger appropriate actions

§ Support internal management with respective finance data and reports (e.g. Expense, CapEx, Headcount including commentary) to facilitate decision making process and create an understanding about financial processes

§ Lead, support, create and coordinate all financial required data for the reporting cycles (internal and external) and be the link between Headquarters and local management to report within respective timelines and following guidelines/procedures for Plant and CQAG

§ Calculate the HP production costs according to Corporate procedures and on time with the required quality and accuracy

Set up Standard cost annually via SCORE (Standard Cost Reporting) process and make analysis on variance in Actual accordingly.
§ Timely and accurate product costs, detailed documentation based on
business partner’s alignment

Assist MP Controlling Manager for Outlook, Annual Discussion & Budgeting planning processes
§ Coordinate and communicate planning timelines and responsibilities with Plant Management

§ Create respective templates

Internal management reporting for Plant (Expense, Headcount, CapEx, MP key figures, Yield, BSC and P&L MP cost related).
§ Timely and accurate reports, reliable records
and detailed documentation based on
business partner’s alignment

Year-end reporting for Plant in BI Prisma.
§ Timely and accurate reports, reliable records
and detailed documentation based on
business partner’s alignment

Review and verify all Scala transactions to ensure the timelines and correctness of bookkeeping.


Control and monitor Capital Expenditure in Plant, trace CapEx from planning, ordering, and recognition, depreciation to expiry or disposal.


Provide cost calculation for price application of local produced products.


Coordinate with external auditors for annual auditing on Plant part.


Work closely with the Fin/Acc. team for the daily financial accounting activities.
