Report to AR Supervisor

Location: Shanghai

General Summary:

Responsible for intercompany AR reconciliation of assigned accounts and controlling/solving overdue outstanding timely.

Responsibilities:

1. Control local customers for overdue outstanding in a timely manner;

2. Support supervisors in preparation of accounting schedules/reports and other administrative matters;

3. Coordinate with operations & other departments concerning matters related to customer's account;

4. Allocate receipt of customers account and matching invoice;

5. Perform daily session check and file;

6. Check and collect promissory note and payment list;

7. Monitor outstanding report and try to minimize unallocated cash and bank account suspension;

8. And other assignments.

Job Specifications:

1. College or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, or equivalent;

2. 0.5-2 years' experience in accounting;

3. Strong Microsoft Office skills, like Excel, Word, etc;

4. Oral and written fluency in English and Mandarin required, at least CET 4

5. Team work spirit required;

6. Self-motivated and self-starter
