职位描述：
1) As a window person stationed in GWM.To Collect and sort information from customer, help project going smoothly.
2) Help to communicate with customer for project development.
3) Support and help customer solve Autoliv product problem in other GWM department ,like plant, project team, material team.
4) Make LOP in customer side and report to manager regularly.
5) Get the Primary GW new standard,process,request.Transmit to CTC at first time.
6) Assess project risk and take proper action or escalate.
7) In internal, work as Customer representative, get Customer information and forward task to responsible PTL.
8) Work as the link of GWM departments,especially between product and system department.
9） Manage and dispel customer complaint as Autoliv window.
