JOB OBJECTIVES:
? To implement the MSC technical training programs and process so that the Technical Training System can be executed in day to day work, including the technical training delivery, On-Job-Training organization and 1st line employee qualification to ensure the technical skills of the employee can be developed and qualified to meet the current and future business needs of the organization.

JOB SCOPE:
? This position is to support or to be responsible for the implementation and execution of the process and programs of Technical Training system at MSC.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Support to establish technical training system under the pre-defined strategy by working with each department to set up skill-matrix and training road map and On-Job-Training process to make sure the technical training system can be established with programs and process.
? Responsible for implementation of On-Job-Training for new employee training program to ensure that the On-Job-Training plan can be implemented with effectiveness and efficiency.
? Work closely with department to collect, understand and analyze the training needs which are related to technical skills, propose yearly training plan so that the training needs can be converted into rational training plan.
? Responsible for internal and external technical training programs based on yearly training plan and in accordance to Training Implementation Procedure and Policy by supporting the vendor scouring and selection, organizing training event and arranging training facility so that the completion rate of training plan meets the target.
? Responsible for the follow-up activities to ensure the training plan is strictly executed to meet the pre-defined target and effectiveness is well evaluated for continuous improvement action.
? Liaise with related department to implement the first line employee training and qualification according to the First Line Employee Training and Qualification Procedure and Policy to ensure the skill of the first line employees are sufficient and effectively qualified and the process is compliant to internal and external quality system and related policy.
? Maintain soft and hard copy of training data and records so that sufficient and accurate data can be provided for management report, analyzed for continuous improvement and tracked for compliance audit.
? Support to establish the internal technical trainer team by coordinating the trainer qualification program, composing the training materials, evaluation after each training and follow-up activities.
? Implement other tasks assigned by superior to meet superior’s expectation.

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
? Bachelor degree in science and technology, business management and other HR related majors.
? 1-2 years’ experiences in training or quality management related functions.
? Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
? Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, especially in PowerPoint).
? Strong personal integrity with professional ethics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

? Quality Management function experiences.
? Be familiar with training operation in manufacture company.
? Be familiar with quality system requirements on training management, e.g. TS16949, ISO9001.

? Schedule time effectively by setting priorities and allocating time to complete work.
? Capable to adjust in unforeseen situations such as changes in resources, organization and schedules.
? Strong executive capability by developing realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates and resources estimates.

? Establish goals, deliverables, and timelines with little or no motivation from superiors (self-motivation rather than passive acceptance).
? Be able to follow details in implementation till deliver expected results with self-motivation within the defined parameters in terms of time period, volume, quality, quantity and etc.
