Position Responsibilities:
? Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
? Take and relay messages
? Provide information to callers per request
? Receive and sort mails and deliveries
? Greet visitors
? Deal with queries from the public and customers
? Arrange Shanghai logistics for oversea visitors incl. accommodations & ground transportations
? Arrange travel for office staff incl. accommodation & flight tickets
? Manage office stationery incl. purchase & consumption follow-up
? Maintain office equipment
? Manage conference rooms and organize meetings
? Collect bills of office administrative expense & arrange payment
? Other administrative and clerical support assigned by manager

Education & Experience Request:
? At least 2 year hands-on experience as receptionist or office administrator
? Proactive, careful and pleasant in character
? Patient and detail oriented
? Good command of English both orally and in written
? Good communication skills
? Good skill on Microsoft including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Willingness to learn and grow; patient and detail oriented
? Service oriented
