职位描述：
岗位职责:
- 开发和评估模具供应商
- 进行模具成本分析核算
- 核算成本组成并进行成本缩减和成本优化
- 管理开发供应商并持续改进
- 进行市场调查

职位要求:
- 工程专业本科学历,模具经验者优先
- 至少7年以上相关汽车模具行业工作经验
- 丰富的注塑模具和产品成本核算能力
- 熟悉各种注塑工艺
- 优秀的注塑模具知识,对注塑工艺,国内注塑模具市场价格有一个精确的认知
- 英语口语书写精通
- 优秀的团队合作能力
- 能适应出差

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying suppliers;
- Conduct cost breakdown analysis;
- Identify cost drivers and take actions for cost reduction and cost improvement;
- Manage & develop suppliers and suppliers’ continuous improvement;
- Carry on market research;
- Other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent, specialization in tooling is preferred
- At least 7 years working experience in Injection Industry;
- Rich experience on cost breakdown analysis of injection tooling and injection parts;
- Familiar with different injection technologies, such as one-shot injection, bi-injection, rotational injection etc;
- Good knowledge with injection tooling, injection process, China injection supplier base and market price level with different injection technologies;
- Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin;
- Good communicator and team player;
- Problem solver;
