Position: QA Engineer
Reports to: QA Supervisor

Duties:
1. Daily monitor QA performance of the vendor;
2. Pre-shipment / container audit;
3. Handle quality issues and response to QA Supervisor as daily routine;
4. Follow up corrective and preventive actions for both internal and external customer;
5. Support of supplier development program;
6. Monitor the new product / production approval process (PPAP);
7. Prepare standard inspection procedure of new product for pre-shipment audit;
8. Follow up corrective and preventive actions for both internal and external customer;

Qualification requirements:
1. College diploma or above in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines'
2. Minimum 3 years' working experience in manufacturing quality assurance or on-site inspection;
3. Familiar with manufacturing process of kitchen appliances including: gas, Electronic / electrical, metal fabrication, paint and enamel and product packaging;
4. Strong organizational skills and must be a team player capable of cooperating with different departments;
5. Fluent in written and reading English.
