Main Accountabilities
1.Sales execution, partnering, and managing of the existing and new accounts.
2.Serves as interface between company and customer to insure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings
3.Commercial negotiation with the customer and prepare documents such as price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations
4.Investigate policies and notify company of competitive products, promotional sales, selling techniques, pricing, warranties, and marketing policies.
5.Submit periodic reports detailing activities/sales volumes/expenses.
6.Investigate and expedite warranty claims and complaints in accordance with company policies.
7.Conduct follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during sales approach.
8.Conduct all business transactions and activities in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company and relevant Acts and legal demands as well as ABB policies and directives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree, and three to five years of related sales experience (in the field of UPS or Power Electronics would be of advantage)
2.Ambitious, self-motivated and excellent communication skills
3.Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving; ability to determine solutions for customers.
4.Availability for extensive traveling
5.Fluent in Mandarin. Basic English language skills of advantage, but not necessary
6.Familiar with PC, MS Office, Email (ideally with Lotus Notes), Internet. User knowledge of SAP would be a plus
