JOB SUMMARY:
Ensure products are inspected according to specification and AQL requirements before shipping.

PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Based in Changzhou with other local QA staff. Reports directly to Roy Ku (CSG Asia Director of Quality & Compliance). Takes direction from Sr. QA in order to enhance error detection at OQC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct inspection at vendors according to AQL & CSG specifications.
- Generate inspection report for each inspection at vendor and debrief with vendor responsible.
- Alert to internal related departments on rejected inspection for delivery re-schedule and coming CAR follow up.
- Consolidate weekly inspection reports for QA SOP audit enhancement and QE’s QMS Document* (PFMEA, PDF, CP, GP, etc) updates.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1 year experience in sporting goods or bicycle industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Basic ability to read and understand engineering specs & drawings.
- Proficient with Excel, Word, One-note, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Able to use quality control & inspection tools (such as: calipers, 3-point gauge, torque wrench, etc).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin); Basic proficiency in English speaking & writing.

BENEFITIAL SKILLS:
- Experience with GD&T, and how to efficiently inspect products with these callouts.
- Experience in bike assembly or component manufacturer would be a plus.
- Experience working at an international company is a plus.
- Passionate about cycling.
