职位描述：
体职责包括，但不局限于：
- 入和出的仓库订单的监控。
- 报关问题 与供应商协调
- 应对海外客户的需求，及时有效的沟通
- 确保及时开具发票，内部开支报告和月末结算
- 负责为客户的库存管理
- 管理进出记录
- 控制库存的分布与内部和外部各方沟通

工作能力和技巧：
- 有效沟通的能力。
- 的人电脑知识，包括Microsoft Word和Excel软件，条码扫描
- 物流知识/仓储业务/转发区域。
- 良好的客户服务和客户为导向。
- 良好的日常工作组织和积极的态度。

Specific duties including, but not restricted to:
- Monitoring of Incoming and Outgoing warehouse orders.
- Coordinate with vendors to settle possible customs declaration issue
- Response to oversea customer's needs in timely manner in effective communication
- Ensure timely invoicing, internal expense report and month-end closing
- Inventory Management for responsible Customer’s
- Administer the in and out records
- Control stock distribution with internal and external parties


Job ability and skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software, bar code scanning
- Knowledge of logistics/warehouse business/forwarding area.
- Good customer service and customer oriented.
- Good organized daily work and pro-active attitude.


Needed Attributes：
- Punctual, Hard-working, sincere, able to give feedback to Superior & Department Head. Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice
