工作职责与内容：

JOB Description:

1.作为一个中间桥梁，维护客户与公司之间的关系。

Act as bridge between the customer and the company.

2.面对测试延期问题，找到方法并能快速解决问题。若有需要，着手任何必须的项目排期改变。测试状态的管理（包括：监督了解测试的状态，核查文件，来件样品等）和维护销售人员以及顾客等之间的关系，很好的告知测试的状态。
- Envisage project delay and find solutions or helps to solve the problem promptly. Initiate any necessary change of project schedule if needed. Manage jobs status (including monitoring testing status, checking document and incoming samples) and keep relevant parties, sales staff and/or customers if needed, kindly inform the project status.

3.礼貌并灵敏的解决客户的问题。
- Solve customer enquiry in a prompt and responsive manner.

4.协助处理因延期引起的客户投诉问题。
- Assist to handle project delay complaint.

5.其它被指派的任何工作。
- Perform other job related assignments as required.

任职资格：
Requirements:
1.大学专科及以上学历，英语专业优先。
- Junior college degree or above, English major is preferred.

2.2年客服工作经验
- 2 years+ related work experience.

3.做事仔细，良好的沟通技能，能适应高强压下工作环境。
- Carefulness, good communication skill, hardworking and workable under pressure

4.具有商业开发的潜质。
- The sense of business development.

5.CET 6 以上，流利的英语口语与写作能力。
- Fluent in English writing and speaking, CET-6 or above.

6.具备熟练操作Office 软件的技能

- Familiar with office Microsoft skill.
