职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
？ Support TL for the product design architecture, design concepts
？ Support SDE team for answering technical issue from supplier
？ Customer interface throughout product development, support, follow and fulfill customer expectation from both, objective and subjective. Meanwhile drive customer using TRW product expertise.
？ Undertake concept designs, detailed designs of complex switch according to C40 procedure
？ Complete schematics under company design guidelines and best practices
？ Complete electronics DFMEA to ensure the robustness of the design
？ Create and update BOM, SCH, PCB drawings as well as electronics components drawings into RTC/ECO
？ Attend ECAD input review with ECAD engineer worldwide and Mechanical engineer
？ Support prototype engineers to complete prototype builds, debugging and troubleshooting
？ State of the art service, repair or diagnose the electronics hardware when required during the product development stage, as well as field returns or warranty returns
？ Work closely with the manufacturing department for production support activities
？ Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by department manager
Minimum Qualification Required:
？ At least Bachelor Degree
？ Very good Chinese communication skills, fluent English is a plus
？ At least 3 years electric/electronics design experience
？ At least 1 year automotive related design experience
？ Excellent knowledge about
o automotive components functions (customer and system functions)
o vehicle EMC requirements
o schematic design (preferred using DxDesigner from MetorGraphics)
o worst case analysis
o hardware DFMEA, knowledge in IQFMEA is preferred
