My job is:

To coordinate the planning and delivery of stock from suppliers through to local country Distribution Centres. I am responsible for achieving the Operational Key Performance Indicators of stock and service level whilst minimising waste in my area.



I spend:

40% of my time reviewing country forecasts and ensuring stock levels are planned accordingly for UK and Central Europe.

20% Placing and tracking orders and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver KPI's

20% of my time liaising with in country teams, Buyers and Suppliers to resolve any day to day operational issues

20% of my time attending Natural Work Teams and liaising across different functions of the business to ensure current projects are tracking to plan against the critical path, right through to delivery.



Requirements:

- at least 3 years working experiences in related role in international company

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- Working to deadlines in a fast moving environment

- Fluent in both written and oral English
