POSITION SUMMARY:
职位总述：
Propose new solution finding for various kinds of customer requests, solve their technical problems, provide application solutions to them; (including engieering drawing);

Manage projects with respect to technical issues by coordinating and working with Sales and marketing staff；

Make the analysis or test on the products between ours and competitors;

Contact with technical staff and reply the inquiries to buyers and sales on product selection and product operation;

Master the product features, innovation and production design, Generation and checking all 3D and CAD drawings; Work with sourcing engineers and technicians of suppliers to make sure the design can be applied to products.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
主要职责：
1. Responsible for the updating/refining of the application guidelines; Provide application support to our BUs, customers, including application reviews according to our guidelines, and provide best technical approach and best solution to BUs and customer;
    负责完善更新应用指引；向业务公司及客户提供应用支持，包括根据我司的指引进行应用复核，向业务公司及客户提供***的技术方法和解决方案；
2. Seek necessary input from product development, peers or superiors when applications are outside of our approved guidelines; provide BUs with alternatives if we don't have a standard solution.
当应用在我司的已经批准的指引之外时，从产品开发及同事上司寻求必要的解决方案，如果没有标准的解决方案时，向业务公司可供选择的方案；
3. Develop or follow feedback process for challenging applications, learn from customer input and constantly feed the information back into updated application guidelines
制定和跟进未完善应用，根据客户的反映，不断对应用指引进行更新改进。
4. Participate in test plan development for all new products, lead the kick off and design review meetings for your projects as per the guidelines, assisting the Engineering team in the development and cataloguing of technical designs on new and existing products.
参与新产品的测试计划, 根据指引，主导负责的项目的启动会议和设计会议, 协助工程团队对新产品或现有产品的设计进行开发;
5. Taking part in new or existing but modified, product prototyping and related product testing leading to approval.
    参与新产品或需要优化的现有产品用于提交确认的产品原形制作及相关的测试。
6. Contribute with the Service Coordinator’s responsibility for all application issues that occur with the customer；
以服务协调员的负责跟进客户提出的所有应用方面的问题。
7. Act as technical resource to others in the business
向公司内的其他人员提供技术支持。
8. Work closely with Product Management and manufacturing plant to minimize product complaints and resolve any that arise immediately, and take corrective actions immediately

9. Domestic travel is a must. Overseas traveling is required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
最低要求：
1. Must be skilled at preparing and delivering presentations

2. Must be well organized to include the ability to schedule multiple resources and activities

3. Must develop excellent know-how skills in area of responsibility;

4. Must have excellent demonstrated project management and organizational skills

5. BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
取得机械方向的学位优先。
6. Project management in a manufacturing environment is preferential;
有工厂项目管理经验优先。
7. Good command of English Language and able to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, at all levels.
良好的英语语言能力，可以在口头及书面等各方面清晰地进行沟通。
8. Work in product development / design environment, knowledge and use of AutoDesk Inventor /AutoDesk Inventor / Solidworks / Pro-E software systems are desirable although an understanding and use of AutoCAD or 3 D CAD is essential.
 熟练使用AutoDesk Inventor / Solidworks / Pro-E等软件，必须能够使用AutoCAD或 3 D CAD。
9. Self-motivated, analytical, tactful with excellent interpersonal skills, and negociation skill.
