职位描述：
A Managerial functions
1 Initiation, introduction and implementation of measures for work instruction and instructions and information for workers about methods, procedures, installations and techniques taking account of legal and company regulations including protection of labor and the environment as well as monitoring of the observance of regulations (laws and ordinances etc.) with regard to the rules and regulations for the prevention of accidents, if necessary, introduction and implementation of appropriate measures

2 Motivating employees in terms of taking the initiative, responsibility, performance, cooperation, acting in an environment- and cost conscious way, awareness of safety issues, suggestions for improvement and further qualification

B Analysis, planning, rationalization

1 Contribution to achieving the environmental goals in the organization, e.g. with regard to environmental audits, reduction of hazardous substances, safety,5S

2 Definition of kind and extent of malfunction and damage elimination(quality, costs, deadlines)

C Implement the preventive maintenance plan

1 Maintenance and repair of facility equipment according to existing maintenance and repair plans.

2 Update and optimize the maintenance plan

3 Prepare the spare parts and confirm the spare parts stock.

D Modification
1 Dismantling, transportation and assembly / set up of production equipment

2 Localization the spare parts

3 Optimize the equipment to reduce the down time and saving the energy.


E Construction work

1 Supervise the construction work, and ensure the quality and time line

2 Cooperate with other team to do the preparation work for projects from facility side.

3 Repairing the facility in time

4 Drawing for some construction work

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
