1. Participate administrative expenses budget and monitoring spending in line with budget.
参与公司行政费用预算及部门预算报告监管支出。
2. Control the administrative expenses, good suggestions for improving cost control.
控制行政费用开支,对成本控制的方法提出建议。
3. Arrange all kinds of activities and meeting associated administrative work in the office, and participate in organize the activities (conference, dinner, travel, etc).
负责办公室内各类活动及会议的相关行政工作,参与组织公司活动(年会,餐会,出游等)。
4. Responsible for receiving visitors arrange and related liaison task.
负责来访客接待安排和相关的外联工作。
5. Office Fixed assets management and maintenance, in charge of daily purchase/management and stocktaking on a regular basis.
管理和维护公司办公室固定资产,负责申请并购买,日常使用管理及定期盘点。
6. Ensure the daily office environment safety, in charge of office decoration, furniture, equipment, etc.
保证日常办公室环境的安全,负责办公室相关的装修,家具,办公设备等事宜。
7. Manage the company vehicles and cleaner, ensure the effective ca usage and appropriate cleaner work arrangement.
负责公司车辆和保洁员的管理,确保公司车辆的有效使用,确保保洁人员的工作安排适当。
8. Involved in the contract negotiating process, to ensure that the contract legal, complete content and the reasonable price (eg. offices rent and decoration, vehicles, hotels, office supplies, etc).
参与行政相关的合同的谈判,确保合同内容的合法,完整和价格的合理(办公室租赁,装修,车辆,酒店,办公用品等)。
9. Make monthly department report to manager, and special project report according to business requirement.
制作月度部门情况的报告和特殊项目的报告。
10. Ensure the quality and efficiency of administrative support services.
保证行政支持服务提供的质量及效率。
11. Maintenance and coordination good relationship with external related government office.
公司对外相关职能部门关系的维护和协调。
12. Other task assigned by direct manager.
经理分派的其它任务。
1. 至少3年以上行政部管理经验
At least 3 years experience on administration or office supervisor
2. 办公室筹划与管理, 项目管理及服务交付的经验
Rick experience on office planning and management, project management and services delivery
3. 注重细节,执行力强,组织能力好
Attention to details and follow instructions carefully, well-organized at work
