职位描述：
This position is responsible for supporing the talent acquisition in Shenzhen, Macau and Hong Kong and providing business partner role to assigned functional areas

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Act as a business partner to functional/business heads to deliver people strategies and initiatives and provide proactive guidance and education
? Partner closely with functional leaders to identify and plan for short and mid-term talent needs
? Proactively liaise with line managers to fully understand job requirements and create efficient recruiting strategies;
? Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process by providing the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, at the right time;
? Source talents by utilizing and exploring different channels to recruit the best suited talents for the organization at the most effective and efficient way
? Partner with the leadership and line managers in creating a great environment and building an excellent employer brand

QULIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor Degree or above of Human Resources or equivalent
? Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources with MNC background, preferably from sourcing, buying, trading or manufacturing industry
? Solid experience in either recruitment or HR business partner area
? Well versed in China labor laws and employment regulations and practices
? Strong sense of responsibility, independent, well organize, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
? Mature, approachable and excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
? Make sound judgement and exercise discretion according to different situation
? Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and diversity
? Familiar with MS office
? Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
