职位描述：
Job Description:
- Participate in product pilot run and limited sample setting with product development engineer;
- Assist quality manager to Launch and follow supplier quality corrective action plan for quality nonconformance;
- Support inspection team on product and QAP training, highlight critical points of quality inspection; product quality specification /QAP review and verification;
- Conduct necessary in-house testing or outsource testing, collect /analysis quality data for quality assurance and continuous improvement; Handle quarterly compliance test with Customer and 3rd party lab;
- Product quality issue resolve and continuous improvement with factory, customer and cross function team;
- Assist quality manager to do quality assurance system audit for potential new factory and assigned existing factory;

Requirement for candidate:
- Degree in Quality management/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent , with QA/QC related certificate and qualification will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years quality control /quality assurance experience with at least 3 years’ of quality engineering
- Experience in houseware manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Familiar with quality management tools such as SPC,FMEA etc; Good knowledge in QA systems, contemporary QA concepts and approaches
- Good problem solving & analytical skills
- Good command of English, Strong interpersonal skill, self-motivated, team working;
- Good PC skill, familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
- Required to station in Shenzhen and travel other China cities
- Factory Quality System / Social Compliance / C-TPAT audit experience will be a plus 举报 分享
