职位描述：
职能&职责
1. 认真贯彻执行国家《食品安全法》和有关政策法规，积极参加公司的有关活动。

2. 严格遵守各项安全操作规程及各项操作制度，认真执行企业有关技术标准、检验规程，严格按SOP取样、检验、正确判定检验结果，并对判定结果负责。

3. 负责车间产前，产中，胴体，成品的取样及检测工作

4. 负责保质期测试及其他验证实验。

5. 主要负责车间加工环境，加工用水的检测，及设备工器具清洗消毒效果的验证。

6. 正确使用检测仪器及化学品试剂，保持室内场地、工作台面及仪器、仪表的整齐、整洁，现场排放整齐。

7. 认真记录检验数据，必要时需制表统计，检验记录按月及时整理归档。

8. 出厂检验报告的开具。

学历要求
大专以上学历

工作经验
应届毕业生；
实验室分析检测工作1年以上，有微生物操作经验者优先。

语言能力
中文

专业技能要求
食品科学，分析化学等相关专业


其它要求
1、责任心较强，做事认真，细心。
