The knowledge, skills and attitudes required for satisfactory job performance, the incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas (合格工作表现所需的知识,技能和态度,必须有精通知识在以下几个方面:)
- Familiar with office programs, good computer skills (熟悉办公程序,良好的计算机技能).
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills (有效的口语和听力的沟通技巧)
- Effective written & speaking communications English skills (有效的书面以及口头英语交流的技能)。
- Stress & time management skills (压力和时间管理技能)。
Personal Attributes (个人特性)
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the finance accountant supervisor. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes: 现任必须保持在执行财务主管的职责,严格保密。现任还必须证明以下的个人能力:
-be honest and trustworthy, respectful ( 诚实守信,相互尊重)
- Responsible & reliable (有责任心/城市可靠)
- Social, outgoing, positive. (活动能力强,开朗,积极)
- Persistent & independent. (有恒心而且有独立性)
- Team player (团队合作精神).
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity. ( 具有一定对文化不同的意识和敏感性).
- Be flexible (灵活).
- Demonstrate sound work ethics (表现良好的职业道德)
RESPONSIBILITIES: In direct and tight cooperation with the Sales Manager.
-Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus and development on Scandinavian trade, Russian trade, Baltic States, Eastern Europe, as well as other trade according to the company requirement and direction.
-To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the company (sales manager /branch Manager) ensuring achievement and maximum returns;
-Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency;
-To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the team Manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts;
- Having a main focus on FOB clients, R/O suppliers and R/O CNNE to introduce GC, pay visit and develop the relationship/business opportunities.
-To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes;
-To communicate goal oriented with internal operational contacts both locally and overseas to obtain competitive rates;
-Co-ordination of both external and internal visitors; ensuring personal attention to the respective visitors.
-Supporting & participating the respects events. Prime focus on events targeting client’s specific to the respective market.
