The group operates in multiple domains such as Commercial LED lighting products, furniture, agriculture etc. The company sells its commercial LED lighting products to OEMs ,distributors and end users in USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities 岗位职责
Responsible for the documentation and administration of Quality Management System (QMS).
负责管理质量监控体系QMS文件。
Strategic initiatives to achieve short and long term quality improvement objectives.
根据工作战略举措执行短期及长期质量改进目标。
In depth understanding of QC / QA procedures and relevant standards and tools.
对QC / QA相关标准流程及工具使用熟练。
Monitor development activities and make periodical reports, MIS.
监督正在开发的活动并定期提交报告到管理信息系统。
Special focus on control of non-conforming product systems, process control, change control.
监督不合格品的控制系统、过程及变更控制。
Monitor supplier in process and customer performance and take action for continuous quality
improvement.
监测供应链及客户产品生产过程，对连续质量性能采取改进行动。
Act as liaison and facilitate communication between factory/vendors and the quality team of the Eran Group.
协同艾利集团质控团队有效促进工厂与供应商之间的沟通。

Key Attributes / Competencies 任职资格
The candidate should have worked in Mechanical / Lighting manufacturing industry.
具备机械或灯具有关行业工作经验。
The candidate should have handled Casting, Machining, Injection moulding, Surface treatment and assembly process.
要求有处理铸造、机械加工、注塑、表面处理及组装过程的工作经验。
The candidate should be familiar in PAPP, PFMEA, SPC, MAS and ISO 9001:2008.
要求熟悉PAPP、PFMEA、 SPC、MAS and ISO 9001:2008程序。
The candidate should be familiar in problem solving & analytical tools – 8D, 7 QC Tools, Why why analysis,CAPA and Kaizen tools.
善于解决问题，熟悉8D分析及7QC、卡帕CAPA及改善工具。
The candidate should have a good level of ?English?.
具备熟练的英语交流能力。
The candidate should be excellent computer proficiency in MS Office.
能熟练使用MS office办公软件。

Requirements 任职要求
Bachelor’s Degree BE Mechanical /Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
本科以上学历，机械或电子工程专业。
3 years of experience in a quality function.
具备3年以上质控工作经验。
Having a certification in quality control is a plus advantage.
优先录用持有质量控制证书的应征者。
