He/she will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President & General Manager in Hong Kong with the following responsibilities & requirements:

Responsibilities:
? Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing and sales strategies for the China market; analysing trends and results.
? Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
? Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
? Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Develops existing brands within the US based organizational matrix.
? Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Managing and identifying feasible business
? Maintains and establishes relationships with Distributors and Partners through; planning, monitoring, and appraising objectives
? Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of competitors, services and products

Skills/Qualifications:
? Experience in consumers products/retail market/distributors
? Experience in e-commerce sales is a plus
? Able to demonstrate track records in sales growth in his field related to consumer goods. Good track record in building a china sales from scratch to suitable sales revenue will be a plus
