Jobs Description:


1.Communicate with Regional SI/ISVs, provide technical consultant;
2.Promote IBM middle-ware solution and Provide primary support to partners;
3.Participate in new applications/tools investigation, development, verification and deployment with regional SI /ISVs;
4.To ask questions, probe problems,doublecheck what has and has not been done,and explain what to do in such a w ay that the partners can understand what action to take.
5.Do trouble shooting, identify bugs and provide workaround if there's no solution available;
6.System monitoring, basic performance tuning & optimization, bug fixing if required;


Jobs Qualification:


1.Bachelor or master degree in computer, with at least3 years of practical working experience in IT and software engineering industry(preferably using Java with hands-on experience);
2.Must have a minimum of 2+ years J2EE experience/using development standards and practices;
3.Knowledgeable in software development environment, tools, and technologies;
4.Software development, testing methodologies, and selling of solutions;
5.Knowledgeable in multi-platform including unix, linux and Windows;
6.Possess creative ability, problem solving skills, credibility, self-confidence;
7.Team-Working attitude with strong desire to learn;
8.An advanced degree from top universities is strongly desired
9.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
