Eta Research is a startup company making advanced semiconductor materials by a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process. The responsibilities of the process engineer may include optimization of all process required to manufacture III-V semiconductor wafers including CVD, lithography, and polishing. The job may include both R&D and production.
镓特半导体是一家创业型公司，主要致力于利用化学气相沉积来生产先进的半导体材料。工艺工程师的职责主要包括：优化生产III-V族半导体晶圆片的所有生产工艺，包括化学气相沉积、光刻和研磨抛光。工作内容包括研发和生产两部分。
Applicants must have a Bachelor and Master Degree in engineering. Applicants should have some familiarity with semiconductor wafer processes and characterization methods. Successful applicants will demonstrate ability for problem solving and critical thinking. Working proficiency in English is required and all resumes must be submitted in Chinese and English for consideration.
