职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Assisting the manager in leading a team of auditors in carrying out Mattel’s Quality Audit at the manufacturing facilities;
? Planning and conducting audit at Mattel’s owned and operated plants, vendor factories & their subcontractors, and suppliers, etc. for their compliance with Mattel’s product quality & safety requirements;
? Documenting audit work done, writing audit reports, presenting findings to management and reviewing the factory’s corrective action plans;
? Working closely with the team members and/ or colleagues from other departments for special audit assignments and projects;
? Providing coaching to the junior team members, sharing and collaborating with teammates.

Requirements:
? University degree holder, major in Chemistry/ Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering/ Electronic Engineering related discipline;
? Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is mandatory, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor is a plus;
? With at least 5 years of audit experience in product quality & safety, in which at least 2 years in a Senior Auditor position with a multi-national corporation (candidate with less experience can be considered for the post of Auditor);
? Good working knowledge and understanding of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and ISO 8124. Knowledgeable in ASTM F963, EN71 is a plus;
? Working experience in toy manufacturing industry is an advantage;
? Strong analytical mind, can work independently and under pressure but also a good team player;
? Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English (CET 6 at a minimum) and Chinese;
? Effective interpersonal and communication skills as well as effective project management skills are essential;
? Flexible to change and always willing to take up new challenges; and
? Able to travel frequently within Mainland China, and to other countries. 举报 分享
