- Covering the whole range of AS and Drive product and system;

- Delivering support to customer via Technical Support Hotline;

- Knowledge Management, such FAQ;

- Problem solving during installation, commissioning, such as on-site trouble-shooting;
- 现场解决在安装等过程中遇到的问题
- Technical Consulting / System Support;
- 技术咨询，系统支持
- Customized customer trainings (internal/external);
- 向顾客提供个性化的培训（包括内部和外部）
- Setting up demonstration system for product and system functions.
- 建立产品和系统的展示系统

Education
- Bachelor or above, majored in automation is preferred.
- 本科或以上，自动化专业更佳
