Goals/Mission
- Responsible for CE CC product (Control Components and Systems Engineering) market promotion in region southwest. E.g contactors, soft starters, intelligent motor controller.
- Report to Region SW Product Promotion section manager.

Working Partners/Contacts
- Internal: CE BU and sales force in RSW.

Tasks
- Market investigation and work out Business development plan to promote Siemens CE CC products in the region.
- Support Siemens IPSS sales to enlarge business from existing customers and projects.
- Approach key OEM and key PaB to promote Siemens CE CC products.
- Knowledge transfer to internal sales and external partners.
- CE CC product competitor information collection.
- Set good communication with distributor management sales to support distributors expand their business.

Education
- Bachelor degree or above in Automation or Electrical engineering

Knowledge/Languages
- Experience in low-voltage controller components and automation technology.
- Motor control center design, engineering.
- Product management.

Experience
- At least 3 years sales experience, major of automation will be preferred
- Clearly understanding of his responsible and target, result and quality orientation
- Good communication skill and customer focus
