Job Responsibility
1.Check shipping order to ensure customer’s booking details adhere RCL’s SOP
2.Create new booking for all service, generate booking list
3.Update weekly booking forecast every day & CBF to partner(NONRCL vessel)
4.Book special cargo: DG & OOG, according to DG acceptance SOP
5.Update booking details as per customer’s requirement &remind sales team
6.Check booking agent on final booking ahead 2days of cutoff to foresee & find out cancellation
7.To update BSA to Sales Team both 1st/leg + 2nd /leg once post in Team Forum
8.Apply 2nd vessel space to SINTSM & Cargo Flow before booking release
9.Do vessel re-nomination if vessel omission call or 2nd vessel delay/full at transshipment port
10.Cancel booking once vessel loading finish
11.Create partner booking & input container numbers in system
12.Read & reply daily email, keep file all related documents (ensure all s/o in order no missing)
13.Back up in department
Required Competency
1) Degree: Junior Colleague or Above
2) English: CET – 4 or Above
3) Computer:Word, Excel required
4) Others:Sense of responsibility, hard working
