职位描述：
Planning, developing and constructing packaging, packaging elements and means of transport, and carrying out preliminary calculations, taking into account quality-related, economical, logistic and production-related aspects as well as organizational processing for in-house transport, transport from the suppliers and transport to the customer, Inc. replacement packaging

Responsibilities:
A Design / Development
1 Planning, developing, designing and specifying packaging, packaging elements and means of transport, taking into account customer and sales requirements, as well as quality-related, economic, ecological, logistic and production-related aspects
2 Responsible for the packaging type and design in agreement with the customers and the organizational units in Sales and Production
3 Integrating production-related possibilities in new developments and modifying packaging, packaging elements and means of transport with internal and external manufacturers in agreement with Purchasing
4 Carrying out technical agreements with suppliers and releasing packaging
B Calculation / Cost definition
1 Carrying out preliminary calculation, determining the handling lead times, as well as the material and tool costs for internal, customer services and series packaging
2 Calculating material costs from quotations and logistic general conditions (re-use factors, ownership relationships etc.)
3 Comparing of costs for different types and versions of packaging
C Packaging planning
1 Planning packaging for purchased parts, taking defined standards into account
2 Preparing schedules and workflows (packaging plans) by specifying the production workflow, production structure, workstations and time values, as well as entering the respective packaging-specific data
3 Setting up sales master data (9-digit) and master data for packing aids (8-digit)
4 Checking adherence to and monitoring prescribed deadlines for operating equipment and materials up to start of series production and initiating initial purchasing
5 Planning and specifying quality guidelines/parameters for packaging and other measures aligned to quality assurance
6 Checking packaging samples with regard to transport safety, quality and version as well as evaluating and assessing the results, arranging for and/or carrying out changes if necessary
D Product updates
1 Ensuring and carrying out product updates from the start of series production through to device deletion with regard to cost and quality development, changed basic conditions or new transferable knowledge
2 Defining possibilities for using up packaging stocks or effecting/preparing decisions about scrapping them
3 Involvement in projects aimed at reducing costs and/or improving workflows, introducing packaging marking systems etc.
E Packaging logistics
1 Dynamic determination of packing aid requirements in the customer-supplier relationship
2 Coordinating packing aid accounts, as well as initiating measures where there are deviations in quantity, or cases of damage etc.
3 Preparing work instructions to prepare and return packing aids to the specified circuits
4 Monitoring the empties management process flow, preparing 8D reports in the event of supplier complaints and introducing respective remedial measures if necessary
5 Checking that the skeleton contracts agreed for logistics are being adhered to, as well as the plant agreements with suppliers, if necessary clarifying and specifying measures in the event of deviations
F Other tasks related to packaging planning
1 Processing internal or external customer complaints, as well as notices of rework and additional costs and arranging for the respective remedial measures
2 Becoming involved if there are difficulties with packaging, e.g. deviations in material or dimensions, and eliminating the difficulties in agreement with the manufacturers, integrating CPM
3 Advising and supporting internal organizational units and Hella companies in technical decision-making questions with regard to special packaging problems and involvement in meetings with suppliers/customers
4 Coordination and involvement in the use of new packaging operating equipment within the context of customer/supplier relations
G Preparing drawings
1 Preparing technical drawings of packaging and packaging elements according to sketches or other documents
2 Carrying out the Initial Sample Inspection Test on packaging

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, science major related.
2. Fluent English in oral and written.
3. Up to 3 years’ related work experience, packaging experience in automotive industry is preferred.
4. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft office, general material science, value analysis, product design. 举报 分享
