职责：
? Technical Solutions: Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Business Development, and Sales to identify, coordinate, implement, and realize technical solutions to customer opportunities.
? Value-added evaluation and resolution: Coordinate and lead team projects to ensure value-added evaluation and resolution of technical issues.
? Cost containment strategies: Evaluate, establish, and sustain cost containment strategies that enhance customer loyalty and increase profit.
? New product: Develop and evaluate protocols for validation and commercialization of new product
? Technical Management System & Technical Specification Standard: Improve and revise technical data sheets on company product offering
? Industry Latest Technology Analysis and Evaluation: Explore new packaging technologies, gather competitive information, and investigate competing strategies to remain aware of industry trends.
? Communications to Customers: Assist and review development of team technical presentations and direct communications to customers.
? Guide customer expectations：Partner with commercial managers to guide customer expectations regarding implementation of new applications.
? Identify performance gaps with direct reports and help develop career growth opportunities. Explore, identify, and implement metrics to measure employee performance.
? Assign and manage team schedules to balance workload, team competencies, and project requirements.

要求：
? 8年以上制造业工作经验，B2B，食品、塑料包装行业优先。塑料包装相应技术必备
? 良好的客户沟通技巧
? 适应必要的国内外出差
