KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责
1. Corporate Occupational Health Coordination
- Implementing Corporate Occupational Health strategies, policies, goals, programs and directives;
- Reporting Industrial Injuries to the Corporates;
- Seeking technical supports from the Corporate about the Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health.

2. EHSS Culture Promotion and EHSS Activities Organization
- EHSS&PS Newsletter;
- Safety Day;
- Health Promotion;
- Other culture promotion activities.

3. EHSS Training Coordination
- Standardize the EHSS Training Program in the company;
- Optimize the training materials and resources;
- Monitor the training programs and evaluate the training effectiveness.


4. EHSS Incidents Reports and EHSS Monthly Reports
- Collecting Incident Reports, and clarifying the information with different area owners;
- Incidents statistics and summary reports;
- Incidents Root Cause Analysis and actions following up.
- Monthly EHSS Reports.

5. EHSS&PS Administration Work

6. Site Occupational Health Management
- Site occupational hazards identification, assessment and management;
- DCC Medical Center Coordination;
- Site first aid management
- Employee occupational health checkarrangement;
- Participating in work place Job Risk Assessment, Job Safety Assessment, and MOC in Health field;
- PPE assessment, selection, purchasing and management;
- Legal compliance check about Occupational Health.

7. Site Health and Safety authority coordination and permitting
- Attend the meetings about safety and health organized by the authorities;
- Coordinate the permitting about safety and health;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
1、本科以上学历，公共卫生相关专业，如预防医学，其他与医学无关专业不考虑；
2、英语可简单交流；
3、从事职业卫生相关工作，有工厂经验佳，优秀应届毕业生可以考虑。 举报 分享
