1、对设备日常管理有经验，对设备工程部门运作熟悉；
2、能够主导负责进行设备前期验收、设备安装调试、设备操作文件编写等工作；
3、与设计团队沟通交流，满足工艺和生产的功能要求。
4、熟悉常用机械工程材料的机械性能，了解机械加工设计等。
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，机械设计或机电一体化等专业毕业。
