职位描述：
Application Supervisor - IECP/HVAC
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Team to evaluate RFQ (request for quotation) and make technical proposal
- Communicate with customer for detail technical requirements, lead team to finish customer TDR and support sales to finish RFQ package to win business;
- Handle all customer related issues including customer specification clarification, detail design review, test plan approval and customer engineer approval(3660, BMG etc…);
- Work with PM to define engineering project schedule, lead design team to finish all product development related data, e.g 3D, 2D, BOM, DFMEA, Tolerance stack ,under on time manner and high quality;
- Coordinate within engineering(system, hardware, mechanical, test and Software) for best product solution and lowest cost;
- Lead team to go through all design review including Post CV, Post DV and Post PV, coach design team on C40 process, be responsible for C40 execution;
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by manager
Requirements
- At least 8+ years IECP/HVAC related development experience
- At least 10+ years automotive related design experience
- Excellent knowledge about automotive components (Switch/SCCM/HVAC related functions)
- Master of DFMEA, Tolerance stack
- Deep knowledge of mechanical motion and safety regulation
- Deep knowledge of FEA
- Deep knowledge of 8D/5 phase is preferred
- Fluent English is a must
- Strong communication skills is preferred
- deep understanding to customer process is preferred, especially GM;
