This position is responsible for / 工作职责：

1、 严格遵守公司规章制度，负责部门的EHS运行绩效，组织落实部门EHS有关工作，确保年度安全目标的实现。

2、负责公司行政办公方面的所有日常事务，保证和维持维护办公设备设施的正常有效；

3、 管理监督公司食堂、办公车辆、通勤班车，保证其正常运转；

4、 为外籍工作人员提供有效的服务，联系当地政府部门尽可能照顾好他们的生活及其孩子的上学方面需求；

5、 多种方式管理措施以降低行政管理成本；

6、 良好的沟通能力以建立和处理好员工反映的问题。

7、 负责实施部门内员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作。

8、 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:

1、 大学或同等学历水平，工商或行政管理专业优先。

2、至少5年行政工作管理经验。

3、 熟悉Microsoft办公软件的使用。

4、 良好的英语说读写能力。

5、 良好的沟通技巧。

6、 有责任心和团队合作精神。
